DueSoon Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 May 2026
This DueSoon Privacy Policy explains how NutriTracker Ltd (“NutriTracker”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use DueSoon, our iOS recurring-reminder app. It supplements the main NutriTracker Privacy Policy.
DueSoon stores reminders on your device. DueSoon Plus can use your private iCloud to sync reminders across your Apple devices. DueSoon does not require a NutriTracker account for core reminders.
Who we are
DueSoon is provided by NutriTracker Ltd, a UK company. Our website is https://www.nutritracker.io. For privacy questions, contact privacy@nutritracker.io. For product support, contact support@nutritracker.io.
What DueSoon does
DueSoon helps you remember recurring household, personal-care, appointment, subscription, renewal, and everyday tasks. DueSoon is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat health conditions, and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Information processed in DueSoon
- Reminder details: if you create a reminder, DueSoon stores information such as name, category, emoji, dates, repeat interval, notification setting, reminder time, snooze state, and completion history on your device.
- Local notifications: DueSoon asks iOS notification permission so it can schedule local reminders. If you deny permission, you can still use DueSoon without alerts.
- DueSoon Plus and iCloud: if Plus is active, DueSoon can use Apple’s private CloudKit/iCloud infrastructure to sync reminders across your Apple devices. Apple handles iCloud account, storage, and device-level security.
- Widget snapshots: if you use the widget, DueSoon writes a small upcoming-reminders snapshot to the shared app group on your device. Free users receive a locked widget state.
- Purchases and restore state: Apple handles payment details. DueSoon uses StoreKit transaction information needed to buy, restore, and check DueSoon Plus entitlement.
- Ad consent and ads: the free version may show Google AdMob ads after Google’s User Messaging Platform indicates that ads can be requested. Plus users should not see ads.
DueSoon does not send reminder names, categories, notes, or schedules to ad networks for targeting. Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, approximate location, diagnostics, ad interaction data, and consent signals according to your device settings, consent choices, and Google’s policies.
NutriTracker links
Settings includes a subtle link to NutriTracker. That outbound link may include campaign parameters so we can understand that traffic came from DueSoon. Reminder content is not included in that link.
Support
If you contact support, we process the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, purchase or restore information, and a description of the issue. Please do not send sensitive health, payment-card, or account-password information unless it is genuinely needed for your request.
Your choices
- You can use DueSoon without a NutriTracker account.
- You can deny notification permission and continue using the app without alerts.
- You can manage or cancel DueSoon Plus through your Apple account.
- You can manage ad privacy choices where Google’s UMP privacy options are available.
- You can delete reminders in DueSoon, disable iCloud for the app in iOS settings, or delete the app from your device.
Retention and security
Local reminders remain on your device until you edit or delete them, delete the app, or iOS removes data under normal system behaviour. iCloud data is managed through your Apple account. Purchase, support, fraud-prevention, and legal records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain accurate subscription records.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we process. No internet-connected or device-based service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
DueSoon is not directed at children and is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your country. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@nutritracker.io.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal data. To exercise privacy rights, contact privacy@nutritracker.io. We may need to verify your identity before responding. UK users can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as DueSoon changes, including changes to ads, purchases, iCloud sync, widgets, support, or NutriTracker links. We will update the effective date above when we make changes.
