DueSoon Support

DueSoon is an iOS app for recurring reminders such as household replacements, renewals, appointments, subscriptions, chores, and personal-care tasks. For help, email support@nutritracker.io.

Notification reminders

DueSoon uses local iOS notifications. If notifications are denied, your reminders can still be saved, but alerts will not appear until you enable notifications in iOS Settings.

DueSoon Plus

DueSoon Plus unlocks unlimited reminders, removes ads, adds advanced reminder timing, enables the widget, and can use iCloud sync. Plus is available as monthly, annual, and lifetime options through Apple in-app purchase.

If Plus becomes active during a session, the app may show: “Plus is active. Reopen DueSoon to enable iCloud sync.” Reopen DueSoon to enable iCloud sync because the SwiftData storage container is selected at app launch.

Restore purchases

Open DueSoon Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Widget

The DueSoon widget is included with Plus. If the widget looks empty, open DueSoon once so it can refresh the shared widget snapshot.

Ads and consent

Free users may see ads after ad consent and configuration are ready. Plus users should not see ads. If you believe ads are showing while Plus is active, restore purchases and contact support if the issue continues.
