NutriTracker often ships backend and web support before the App Store and Google Play release native updates. For v2.2, the current mobile versions are iOS 2.2 build 4 and Android 2.2.0 version code 15.

Before you start

You need the latest app version from the App Store or Google Play.

Some features also require account eligibility, Pro status, permissions, or AI data consent.

Feature Requests, Intermittent Fasting, Manual Weight Logging, Invite friends, Find Your Coach onboarding handoff, Coaching Rhythm controls, and v2.2 subscription surfaces are live on current web, iOS, and Android versions where the feature requirements are met.

Where to find it

iOS

Open NutriTracker.

Tap Settings.

Scroll to About NutriTracker to check the installed version.

Open the App Store and update NutriTracker if an update is shown.

Android

Open NutriTracker.

Tap Settings.

Tap About NutriTracker to check the installed version.

Open Google Play and update NutriTracker if an update is shown.

Web

Use the current web app.

Refresh the page if a newly released feature does not appear.

Sign out and back in if account capability changes do not refresh.

How to use it

Check the article for the feature you want and confirm whether it lists mobile support.

Update your app from the store.

Open Settings > About NutriTracker and note the version.

For v2.2, compare against iOS 2.2 build 4 or Android 2.2.0 version code 15.

Check whether the feature also needs Pro, permissions, AI data consent, or a connected service.

If the web route works but mobile does not show the row, update the app, reopen NutriTracker, then contact support if it is still missing.

What happens next

Once the current mobile build and required permissions or plan state are present, the relevant Settings row or tab content appears.

Invite friends appears in Settings > Account. Coaching Rhythm controls appear under Settings > Personalisation on supported builds.

Features that require Pro, permissions, AI data consent, or a connected service can still hide or limit specific screens until those requirements are met.

Older app versions can show different navigation from the current app even though the feature is available to all signed-in users.

Troubleshooting

The feature is on web but not iOS. Update from the App Store, then reopen the app and check Settings > About NutriTracker. If the current app still does not show it, contact support.

The feature is on web but not Android. Update from Google Play, then reopen the app and check Settings > About NutriTracker. If the current app still does not show it, contact support.

The app is current and the feature is still missing. Check whether the feature requires Pro, permissions, AI data consent, or a connected service.

Invite friends or Coaching Rhythm is missing. Confirm the app is on the v2.2 mobile build, then sign out and back in so account capabilities refresh.

Support asks for version details. Send your platform, app version from Settings > About NutriTracker, account email, and the missing feature name to help@nutritracker.io.

NutriTracker uses notifications and emails for reminders, account messages, subscription messages, and optional marketing where you have consented.

Before you start

Notification availability depends on platform permissions and app/browser support.

Marketing email consent is separate from coaching or transactional emails.

Fasting can suppress meal reminders during active fasting windows.

Coaching Rhythm can adjust notification timing when notification timing personalisation is active.

Where to find it

iOS

Open iOS Settings > Notifications > NutriTracker for system permission.

In NutriTracker, open Settings > Coach for Plan Reminders where shown.

Android

Open Android system settings for NutriTracker notification permission.

In NutriTracker, open Settings > Coach and use Plan Reminders where shown.

Web

Open Settings.

Open Account and use the Notifications card when browser push is supported.

Use Privacy & Security > Privacy & Cookies for cookie and marketing consent controls where shown.

How to use it

Enable system notifications for NutriTracker on your device or browser.

Open NutriTracker Settings and use Plan Reminders if you want daily nudges about active coaching plans, check-ins, and milestones.

Use Settings > Personalisation > Coaching Rhythm to pause notification timing personalisation or reset learned timing patterns.

Use browser notification controls on web if the app shows Enable notifications.

Change marketing consent from onboarding or privacy/cookie preferences where shown.

Use unsubscribe links in marketing emails if you want to opt out of marketing messages.

What happens next

Allowed push notifications can be used for reminders and app return prompts.

Plan reminders follow the settings exposed in the app.

Rhythm-optimised notification timing can change when you correct a suggestion, pause notification timing, or reset Coaching Rhythm.

Transactional emails such as password reset, billing, and account messages can still be sent even if marketing emails are off.

Meal nudges should be suppressed while an active fasting plan is in a fasting window.

Troubleshooting

Notifications are not arriving. Check device notification permission, Focus/Do Not Disturb, battery restrictions, and that you are signed in.

Notification timing feels wrong. Open Coaching Rhythm and pause notification timing personalisation, or tell your coach what timing would be more useful.

Web says notifications are blocked. Open your browser site settings for NutriTracker and allow notifications, then return to Settings > Account.

I opted out but still got a billing or password email. Marketing opt-out does not stop transactional account, auth, or billing emails.

Meal reminders arrive during fasting. Open Intermittent Fasting and check that the plan is active and the timer is in a fasting phase.

Privacy and safety notes

Marketing consent should not be used as coaching consent. AI Data Sharing is managed separately.

Do not forward emails containing account links to others.

Feature Requests is for roadmap ideas and product improvements. It is not the right place for urgent account, billing, safety, or technical support.

Before you start

You must be signed in.

Feature Requests is live for all signed-in users on web, iOS, and Android.

On mobile, update NutriTracker from the App Store or Google Play if the Settings entry is missing.

Use help@nutritracker.io for urgent support, billing problems, unsafe advice, account access, or anything private.

Where to find it

iOS

Open NutriTracker.

Tap Settings in the bottom tab bar.

Scroll to Feedback & Roadmap.

Tap Feature Requests.

Android

Open NutriTracker.

Tap Settings in the bottom tab bar.

Tap Feature Requests in the Account section.

You can also tap the Settings search icon and search for Feature Requests.

Web

Open NutriTracker on web.

Go to /feature-requests.

You can also open Settings > Account and click Open Feature Requests when the card is shown.

How to use it

Browse the board to see existing ideas. Each request shows a title, description, status, category, upvote count, comment count, and created date.

Use Sort requests to choose Most upvoted, Most recent, or Most commented.

Use Filter by status to show All statuses, Open, Under review, Planned, In progress, Completed, or Declined.

Use Filter by category to narrow ideas to Coaching, Plans, Insights, Progress, Integrations, Billing & account, or Other.

Open an idea to read the full request and comments.

Click or tap Upvote when an idea would help you. Click or tap Upvoted again to remove your vote.

Add a comment when you can add useful context, examples, or why the idea matters. Comments are plain text and must be 1 to 1,000 characters.

To submit a new idea, click or tap Submit an idea, enter a title of 5 to 120 characters, write a description of 20 to 2,000 characters, choose a category if one fits, then click or tap Submit.

If NutriTracker finds an exact duplicate title, open the existing idea and upvote or comment there instead.

If NutriTracker finds similar ideas, review them first. Continue with your own request only after ticking My idea is different enough to submit as a new request.

What happens next

Your idea appears on the board with Open status after it is accepted.

Upvotes add signal to the roadmap but do not guarantee delivery or timing.

Comments help the team understand the problem behind the request.

Statuses mean: Open is newly submitted or active for review; Under review means the team is evaluating it; Planned means the team intends to build it; In progress means work has started; Completed means it has shipped; Declined means it is not currently planned.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see Feature Requests. On web, go directly to /feature-requests. On mobile, update the app, reopen NutriTracker, and check Settings > About NutriTracker. If it is still missing, email help@nutritracker.io; Feature Requests should be available to all signed-in users on current app versions.

Submit is disabled. Check the title and description lengths, choose whether your similar idea is genuinely different, and confirm you are signed in.

NutriTracker says my idea already exists. Open the existing request, upvote it, and add your context in a comment. Exact duplicates are blocked so roadmap signal stays grouped.

I need help now. Do not use Feature Requests for urgent help. Email help@nutritracker.io with your account email, platform, app version, and what happened.

The board is empty after filtering. Clear the status and category filters, then sort again.

Privacy and safety notes

Feature requests and comments should not include private health details, payment details, passwords, screenshots of personal data, or anything you would not want support staff to read.

Intermittent Fasting is optional routine support for users who choose to follow a fasting window. It is guidance, not enforcement, medical advice, or a guaranteed fat-loss method.

Before you start

You must be signed in.

Intermittent Fasting is live for all signed-in users on web, iOS, and Android.

On mobile, update NutriTracker from the App Store or Google Play if the Settings entry or Fasting screen is missing.

Do not use fasting without professional guidance if you are pregnant, have a history of eating disorders, have diabetes, take medication affected by meal timing, or have a medical condition.

Where to find it

iOS

Tap Settings.

Tap Coach.

Tap Intermittent Fasting.

For the timer, use the Fasting screen. An active iOS Live Activity can also open NutriTracker through nutritracker://fasting.

Android

Tap Settings.

In the Coach section, tap Intermittent Fasting.

You can also use Settings search and search for Intermittent Fasting.

Web

Open Settings.

Open Plans.

Click Open Fasting, or go directly to /fasting.

How to use it

For coach-led setup, open Chat and ask your coach to help set up intermittent fasting. The coach asks one question at a time and should propose a realistic routine.

Review the proposal card and safety note. A plan is not created until you confirm it.

On web, you can also click Set up manually from /fasting, choose 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, or Custom, set your eating window start and end, choose a goal, tick the safety acknowledgement, then click Create fasting plan.

On iOS and Android native v1, setup is coach-led. Manual setup remains available on web.

Use the Fasting dashboard to see the current phase, countdown, eating and fasting windows, today's focus, tasks, tips, and progress.

Use Start fast now or End fast now only when today's timing has genuinely changed.

Use Mark today as adjusted when life changed and you do not want the day treated as a normal fasting day.

Use Adjust with your coach to change the plan, or Pause fasting plan to stop it.

What happens next

The dashboard shows whether you are in an eating or fasting phase and when the next transition is expected.

Food logging stays available at any time. The app does not block food or mark a changed window as failure.

Meal reminder paths suppress meal nudges during active fasting windows.

Daily Briefing may include fasting-aware context when an active plan exists.

On iOS, the Live Activity starts after the app receives active fasting state and updates from app/API refreshes. Remote ActivityKit push updates are not currently part of v1.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see Intermittent Fasting. On web, try /fasting. On mobile, update the app, reopen NutriTracker, and check Settings > About NutriTracker. If the row is still missing, email help@nutritracker.io; Intermittent Fasting should be available to all signed-in users on current app versions.

The fasting timer looks wrong. Refresh the app, check your device time and timezone, then open /fasting or the mobile Fasting screen. Use Adjust with your coach if the planned window is wrong.

The banner says I am fasting but I have eaten. Use End fast now or Mark today as adjusted. NutriTracker treats adjustments neutrally.

The iOS Live Activity is missing. Confirm you are on an iOS build with fasting support, have an active plan, and have opened the app after the plan became active. Also check iOS Live Activities settings for NutriTracker.

I want to stop fasting. Open the Fasting screen and use Pause fasting plan, or ask your coach to stop the plan and use non-fasting routine support.

Privacy and safety notes

Fasting is not suitable for everyone. NutriTracker does not provide medical fasting advice.

Fasting state can affect reminders and coach context while a plan is active.

Manual Weight Logging is for normal scale readings. It helps insights, reminders, and coach context when Apple Health or Health Connect weight data is missing or not wanted.

Before you start

You must be signed in.

Manual Weight Logging is live for all signed-in users on web, iOS, and Android.

On mobile, update NutriTracker from the App Store or Google Play if the Log weight entry is missing.

One canonical weight is stored per user per date. Saving again for the same date replaces that day's existing entry.

Where to find it

iOS

Tap Insights in the bottom tab bar.

Open Overview.

Find Weight Trend.

Tap Log weight if no weight is saved yet, or Update weight if a current weight is already shown.

You can also open Settings > Profile when the weight row is shown.

The sheet title is Log weight.

Android

Tap Insights in the bottom tab bar.

Open Overview.

Find Weight Trend.

Tap Log weight if no weight is saved yet, or Update weight if a current weight is already shown.

Open Settings search and search for Log Weight.

You can also open Settings > Connected Apps > Health Connect and use the Manual Scale card, then tap Log weight.

Web

Open /insights.

Open Overview.

Find Weight Trend.

Click Log weight if no weight is saved yet, or Update weight if a current weight is already shown.

Open Settings > Account and click Log weight in the Weight card.

The sheet title is Log weight.

How to use it

Open Log weight.

Choose the date. Future dates are not allowed on mobile.

Enter the scale reading in your preferred unit, kg or lbs.

If the sheet says an entry already exists for that date, saving again will replace it.

Tap or click Save weight for a new entry, or Update weight for an existing date.

Check Insights after saving to see the updated weight context.

What happens next

NutriTracker stores the entry internally in kg while respecting your preferred display unit.

The saved weight can refresh Insights, Weekly Review, reminders, and coach context.

Manual weight entries, Apple Health, Health Connect, and progress photo metric snapshots are merged into weight trends, with the canonical user metric used for a date.

Weight reminders clear after a relevant weigh-in is saved.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see Log weight or Update weight. Open Insights > Overview > Weight Trend. On web, also check Settings > Account > Weight. On Android, search Settings for Log Weight. On iOS, check Settings > Profile. If missing on mobile, update the app and check Settings > About NutriTracker.

The Save button is disabled. Enter a positive, plausible weight value and choose a valid date.

I saved the wrong number. Open Log weight for the same date, enter the correct reading, and tap or click Update weight.

Apple Health or Health Connect weight is missing. Check health permissions for weight and sync again. You can still add a manual scale reading.

The chart did not update. Refresh Insights. If the old value remains, confirm you saved the same date used by the chart.

Privacy and safety notes

Manual weight logging is not medical monitoring and should not be used for urgent or clinical decisions.

If weight talk is unhelpful for you, set a guardrail or tell your coach not to discuss weight.

Insights brings together briefings, reviews, trends, and data context so your coach can help you choose what matters next.

Before you start

You must be signed in.

Insights are stronger when chat, manual logs, integrations, and memory controls are active.

Coaching Rhythm can add timing and routine context to Insights once there is enough signal.

Some longer ranges and advanced cards are Pro-gated.

Where to find it

iOS

Tap Insights in the bottom tab bar.

Open Overview for coaching summaries, today's snapshot, weight trend, training, and coach memory.

Open Analytics for longer-range trend charts.

Android

Tap Insights in the bottom tab bar.

Use the Overview and Analytics segmented control.

Open Overview for coaching summaries, today's snapshot, weight trend, training, and coach memory.

Web

Open /insights.

Use Overview and Analytics tabs.

Open Overview for coaching summaries, today's snapshot, weight trend, training, and coach memory.

How to use it

Open Insights.

Start with Overview. The order is Daily Briefing or Evening Review, Weekly Review when available, Coach Brief, Today's Snapshot, Weight Trend, Training This Week, then What Your Coach Knows.

Open Analytics for trends such as weight, nutrition, and training where available.

Use range controls where shown. Longer ranges can require Pro.

Use Weight Trend to add or correct a scale reading. Tap or click Log weight if no weight is saved yet, or Update weight if a current weight is already shown.

Use What Your Coach Knows and Coaching Rhythm controls to check whether the coach's saved context and timing assumptions still fit.

Use Chat to turn a trend into a plan.

What happens next

Insights refresh after connected data syncs, manual weight logging, progress updates, and relevant coach activity.

Manual weight prompts clear after saving a weigh-in for the relevant date.

Rhythm-derived suggestions can change after you correct a pattern, pause a source, or reset rhythm data.

The coach can use insight context in Daily Briefing, Weekly Review, and chat replies.

Troubleshooting

Insights are empty. Use Chat, log a relevant metric, or connect Apple Health/Health Connect. Some cards need history before showing.

A card is locked. Open Settings > Subscription. Some analytics are Pro features.

Weight is missing. Use Manual Weight Logging or check Apple Health/Health Connect permissions.

A rhythm insight is not useful. Correct it in Chat or pause/reset Coaching Rhythm from Settings > Personalisation.

Data is stale. Sync the relevant integration and refresh Insights.

Privacy and safety notes

Insights can include health-adjacent data. Manage integrations, AI consent, export, and deletion in Settings.

Milestones highlight useful progress signals. They are meant to show direction and consistency, not judge your body or a single day.

Before you start

You must be signed in.

Milestone availability depends on recent activity, goals, plan state, and app version.

Some advanced milestone views can be Pro-gated.

Where to find it

iOS

Tap Insights.

Look in Overview for milestone or goal progress cards.

Android

Tap Insights.

Look in Overview for milestone or goal progress cards.

Web

Open /insights.

Check Overview for milestone or goal progress cards.

How to use it

Open Insights.

Review the milestone or goal progress card when shown.

Tap or click through if the card offers a detail view.

Ask Chat what the milestone should change about today or next week.

Update profile goals or tell your coach when your real goal changes.

What happens next

Milestones may be included in coach context and weekly reviews.

Goal progress can update after new data syncs or after you save profile/goal changes.

Milestone cards may not appear until there is enough useful signal.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see milestones. Keep using Chat and Insights. New accounts may need more history before meaningful milestones appear.

The milestone does not match my goal. Update your profile goal and tell your coach what you actually care about now.

A milestone feels unhelpful. Tell your coach and set a guardrail for how you want progress discussed.

Progress did not update. Sync connected data, refresh Insights, or correct the underlying manual entry.

Streaks and momentum features are designed to support return behaviour without treating normal life as failure.

Before you start

You must be signed in.

Momentum signals depend on recent app activity, chat, plans, or progress context.

Some streak protection behaviours can be Pro-gated or tied to current app version.

Where to find it

iOS

Open Insights.

Check Overview for momentum, milestones, or review cards when shown.

Android

Open Insights.

Check Overview for momentum, milestones, or review cards when shown.

Web

Open /insights.

Check Overview and progress-related cards when shown.

How to use it

Open Insights and review any momentum or milestone card shown.

Use Chat if you missed time and want a realistic restart plan.

Use This Week's Reality when a disrupted week needs a lower-pressure approach.

Do one useful action rather than trying to make up for missed days.

What happens next

NutriTracker can frame return behaviour as momentum, not punishment.

Reviews and coach replies may focus on the next practical action after a lapse.

Streak displays may vary by platform and current feature availability.

Troubleshooting

My streak looks wrong. Refresh Insights and check whether recent activity has synced.

A missed day feels overemphasised. Tell your coach you want lower-pressure language or add a guardrail about streaks.

I cannot see streaks. Check Mobile Feature Availability and your app version. Not every progress signal appears on every platform at the same time.

I need help restarting. Open Chat and ask for one small return step for today.

Privacy and safety notes

Momentum features should not be used to pressure you into unsafe behaviour. Contact support if the app copy feels shaming or unsafe.

Apple or Google Play subscriptions may remain active and require manual cancellation in the store.

You are signed out after deletion.

Troubleshooting
