Using the Insights Tab

The Insights tab gives you a visual overview of your health and fitness journey. It brings together your activity patterns, nutrition trends, and milestone progress in one place.

Activity heatmap #

The activity heatmap is a calendar-style view showing your daily engagement with NutriTracker. Darker cells indicate more activity. Use it to spot consistency patterns — your coach uses the same data to guide your coaching.

The heatmap is available on web, iOS, and Android.

Nutrition trends #

Charts showing your nutrition data over time, including calorie intake, macronutrient balance, and meal timing patterns. You can filter by date range and hover (or tap on mobile) to see detailed tooltips for specific days.

Milestone progress #

Your goal-based milestones are displayed here with visual progress indicators. See which milestones you’ve completed and what’s next on your journey.

Tips for using Insights #

  • Check weekly: The Insights tab is most useful when you review it alongside your Weekly Review
  • Use date filters: Adjust the date range to focus on recent weeks or look at longer-term trends
  • Share with your coach: If you notice something interesting in your data, mention it in chat — your coach can help you interpret the patterns
