If you cannot sign in to NutriTracker, here are the most common issues and how to fix them.
Forgotten password #
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (check your spam folder too)
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password
Cannot sign in with Google #
- Ensure you are using the same Google account you originally signed up with
- Check that you have an active internet connection
- Try signing in on the web at app.nutritracker.io instead of the app
Cannot sign in with Apple #
- Ensure you are signed in to your Apple ID on your device
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Password and Security > Apps Using Apple ID
- Check that NutriTracker is listed and that sign-in is enabled
Account locked #
If your account has been locked due to too many failed sign-in attempts, wait 15 minutes and try again. If the problem persists, email help@nutritracker.io.
Wrong account #
If you have accidentally created a second account, email help@nutritracker.io with your account email addresses and a description of the situation. We will do our best to help you get access to the right account.
