Account Access Problems

If you cannot sign in to NutriTracker, here are the most common issues and how to fix them.

Forgotten password #

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email (check your spam folder too)
  4. Follow the link in the email to set a new password

Cannot sign in with Google #

  1. Ensure you are using the same Google account you originally signed up with
  2. Check that you have an active internet connection
  3. Try signing in on the web at app.nutritracker.io instead of the app

Cannot sign in with Apple #

  1. Ensure you are signed in to your Apple ID on your device
  2. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Password and Security > Apps Using Apple ID
  3. Check that NutriTracker is listed and that sign-in is enabled

Account locked #

If your account has been locked due to too many failed sign-in attempts, wait 15 minutes and try again. If the problem persists, email help@nutritracker.io.

Wrong account #

If you have accidentally created a second account, email help@nutritracker.io with your account email addresses and a description of the situation. We will do our best to help you get access to the right account.
