Your first week with NutriTracker sets the foundation for everything that follows. Here’s how to make the most of it.
Complete your onboarding chat #
When you first open NutriTracker, your coach will ask you a few questions about your goals, experience, and preferences. Answer honestly — this helps your coach personalise everything that follows.
After onboarding, NutriTracker will automatically generate personalised training and nutrition plans based on your answers. These appear as structured plan cards in your chat.
Chat every day #
The more you chat, the better your coach gets. Try to check in at least once a day — even a quick message about what you ate or how you’re feeling helps your coach learn about you.
Build your streak #
NutriTracker tracks your daily engagement streak. Consistent daily check-ins build momentum. Pro users benefit from Momentum Protection — if you’re active in chat but miss a formal log, your streak is preserved automatically.
Check your Daily Briefing #
Each morning, your coach sends a personalised Daily Briefing with a summary of where you stand and what to focus on today. Make it part of your morning routine.
Connect your health apps #
Link Apple Health, Google Fit, or your Garmin device in Settings → Integrations. This gives your coach automatic access to your steps, workouts, and other health data.
Explore the Insights tab #
The Insights tab shows your activity heatmap, milestone progress, and nutrition trends. Check it regularly to see your consistency patterns and celebrate milestones as you hit them.
Review your first Weekly Review #
At the end of your first week, you’ll receive a Weekly Review — a structured summary of your progress, patterns, and recommendations for the week ahead.
