NutriTracker tracks a range of metrics to give you and your coach a complete picture of your progress.
Key metrics #
Body weight
Log your weight in chat (“I weighed in at 82kg this morning”) or connect Apple Health or Google Fit to sync it automatically.
Steps and activity
Synced automatically if you’ve connected Apple Health, Google Fit, or Garmin.
Nutrition
Tracked through your chat conversations with your coach. The more you tell your coach about what you’re eating, the more accurate your nutrition picture.
Workouts
Logged through chat or synced from connected apps.
Milestones
NutriTracker tracks key milestones based on your primary goal — like your first meal logged, first workout completed, or hitting your macro targets. You’ll see milestone progress in your Insights tab and your coach will celebrate these with you.
Streaks
Your daily logging streak tracks consistency. Pro users benefit from Momentum Protection — if you’re active in chat (logging meals, discussing workouts, doing reflections) but miss a formal daily log, your streak is preserved automatically. Look for the streak halo around your streak count.
Activity heatmap
The Insights tab includes a calendar-style activity heatmap showing your engagement patterns over time. This helps you and your coach spot consistency trends.
Viewing your progress #
Your coach summarises your progress in your Daily Briefing and Weekly Review. You can also ask your coach directly: “How am I progressing towards my goal?” or “How’s my nutrition been this week?”
The Insights tab provides visual charts for nutrition trends, activity patterns, and milestone progress. Charts include interactive tooltips and support date range filtering.
Confidence scores #
Where your coach has made assumptions or estimates (e.g. estimating calories from a meal description), they’ll note their confidence level. You can correct any estimates in chat.
