How to get good responses #
Be specific rather than vague. Compare:
- Vague: “What should I eat?”
- Specific: “I’ve got 30 minutes for lunch and I need something high in protein. What can I make with chicken, rice, and vegetables?”
The more context you give, the more useful your coach’s response will be.
Voice input #
On mobile, you can tap the microphone icon to speak your message instead of typing it. Your speech is transcribed automatically.
Smart cards #
Some responses include smart cards — structured summaries of nutrition data, workout plans, or key metrics. These are designed to be easier to read than plain text.
Quick replies #
Common follow-up actions appear as suggestion chips below your coach’s message. Tap one to continue the conversation quickly.
Weekly plan cards #
If you have an active training or nutrition plan, your coach delivers weekly plan summaries as smart cards. These show your upcoming sessions, key targets, and any adjustments based on your recent progress.
Auto-generated plans #
After your coach finishes learning about your goals and preferences during onboarding, NutriTracker automatically generates personalised training and nutrition plans. These appear as structured plan cards in your chat — no need to ask for them separately.
Intelligence tier #
Your coach automatically selects the right level of analysis for each conversation. Simple questions get quick answers; complex multi-domain questions trigger deeper reasoning. You may see an intelligence tier indicator showing which mode your coach is using.
