Life Mode, shown as This Week's Reality on mobile, tells your coach when normal expectations need to flex.
Before you start #
- You must be signed in.
- Life Mode is Pro-gated in the backend implementation.
- Use Chat as a fallback: tell your coach what changed this week.
Where to find it #
iOS #
- Open Settings.
- Tap Coach.
- Tap This Week's Reality.
Android #
- Open Settings.
- In the Coach section, tap This Week's Reality.
Web #
- Open Settings.
- Open the Coach section.
- Click Life Mode or go to /settings/life-mode.
How to use it #
- Open This Week's Reality or Life Mode.
- Choose or describe the current situation, such as travel, illness, recovery, high stress, or a busy week.
- Save the change.
- Ask your coach to adjust meals, training, fasting, or expectations around it.
- Remove or update the mode when the situation changes.
What happens next #
- Your coach can use the life mode to soften or adapt recommendations.
- It does not delete your normal goals. It gives the coach a temporary reality check.
- Daily and weekly coaching may reflect the active mode.
Troubleshooting #
- I cannot open Life Mode. Check Settings > Subscription. Life Mode is Pro-gated.
- The coach is still giving normal-week advice. Tell the coach directly: "Use my current This Week's Reality when you answer."
- I forgot to turn it off. Open the same screen and clear or change the active mode.
- The web and mobile names differ. Mobile calls it This Week's Reality. Web may call it Life Mode.
