NutriTracker Pro – What’s Included

NutriTracker Pro unlocks deeper coaching and fewer limits. It is designed for users who want the coach to remember more, analyse more, and stay useful over time, with monthly and annual plan options where shown.

Before you start #

  • Feature availability can vary by platform, app version, Pro status, permissions, and account settings.
  • Prices and plan options are shown in the app at checkout.
  • No-card trial eligibility is account-based. Use the trial status shown in the app rather than assuming every account can start or restart one.

Where to find it #

iOS #

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Subscription.

Android #

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap NutriTracker Pro or Upgrade to Pro in the Subscription section.

Web #

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Subscription or go to /settings/subscription.

How to use it #

  1. Open Subscription.
  2. Review your current plan and the Pro feature list.
  3. Free users can choose a monthly or annual plan where shown.
  4. Use Settings > Account > Invite friends to share a referral link. Standard invites give a friend 15 starter messages; Pro invites give a friend 25 starter messages.
  5. Pro referrers can earn Premium Coach Review Credits after a referred friend completes onboarding.
  6. Follow Apple, Google Play, or Stripe checkout depending on platform.
  7. Return to the app after checkout so the subscription state can refresh.

What happens next #

  • Pro unlocks unlimited messages, all coach personas, stronger or enhanced memory, advanced insights, progress photo capacity, deeper analysis, Life Mode, and eligible Premium Coach Reviews where supported.
  • Entitlements refresh through your account after purchase or restore.
  • Premium Coach Review Credits expire after 90 days and are coaching artefacts, not medical reviews.
  • Store-managed subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play; web Stripe subscriptions are managed in NutriTracker web settings.

Troubleshooting #

  • I paid but still see Free. Use Restore purchases on mobile or refresh web, then sign out and back in. Contact support with platform and receipt/provider if it remains wrong.
  • A Pro feature is missing. Check Mobile Feature Availability and app version. Some Pro features also depend on Pro status, permissions, connected services, or the current mobile build.
  • My Premium Coach Review Credit is missing. Credits unlock after a Pro referrer's invited friend completes onboarding. They can be blocked by expired attribution, wrong invite link, an existing referred account, reward issuance being paused, or the 5-reward monthly cap.
  • I cannot switch coach personas. Confirm Pro is active and reopen Settings > Coach Personality.
  • Prices differ by platform. Use the price shown in the checkout surface you are using. Store fees, currencies, and plan availability can differ.

Privacy and safety notes #

  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Apple, or Google Play. Do not send card details to support.
