App Not Loading or Crashing

If NutriTracker is not loading or keeps crashing, try these steps.

Basic checks #

  1. Check your internet connection – NutriTracker requires an active internet connection. Try loading a website to confirm you are online.
  2. Check for known issues – visit our Facebook page for any service announcements or known outages.
  3. Restart the app – fully close the app and reopen it.
  4. Restart your device – a full device restart resolves many app issues.

iPhone (iOS) #

If the app crashes repeatedly on iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > NutriTracker
  2. Tap Offload App, then reinstall from the App Store

Android #

If the app crashes repeatedly on Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > NutriTracker
  2. Tap Storage & cache
  3. Tap Clear cache (this will not remove your data)
  4. If the issue continues, tap Clear storage, then sign in again
  5. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall from Google Play

Web browser #

If the web app is not loading:

  1. Try a hard refresh: Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows)
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Try a different browser

Email help@nutritracker.io with:

  • Your device type and operating system
  • The version of NutriTracker you are using
  • A description of what happens when you try to open the app
