If NutriTracker is not loading or keeps crashing, try these steps.
Basic checks #
- Check your internet connection – NutriTracker requires an active internet connection. Try loading a website to confirm you are online.
- Check for known issues – visit our Facebook page for any service announcements or known outages.
- Restart the app – fully close the app and reopen it.
- Restart your device – a full device restart resolves many app issues.
iPhone (iOS) #
If the app crashes repeatedly on iPhone:
- Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > NutriTracker
- Tap Offload App, then reinstall from the App Store
Android #
If the app crashes repeatedly on Android:
- Go to Settings > Apps > NutriTracker
- Tap Storage & cache
- Tap Clear cache (this will not remove your data)
- If the issue continues, tap Clear storage, then sign in again
- As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall from Google Play
Web browser #
If the web app is not loading:
- Try a hard refresh: Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows)
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser
