If your Apple Health data is not appearing in NutriTracker, follow these steps.
Check permissions #
- Open the Health app on your iPhone
- Tap your profile photo > Apps
- Tap NutriTracker
- Ensure all relevant permissions are turned on
Re-authorise the connection #
If permissions look correct but data still is not syncing:
- In NutriTracker, go to Settings > Integrations > Apple Health
- Tap Disconnect
- Tap Connect Apple Health and grant permissions again
Check your Health data #
Open the Health app and confirm that the data you expect to see in NutriTracker (e.g. steps, workouts) is actually being recorded there. If the Health app does not have the data, NutriTracker will not have it either.
Background refresh #
Ensure background app refresh is enabled for NutriTracker:
- Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh
- Find NutriTracker and ensure it is enabled
