Chat Not Responding

If your coach is not responding or messages are not sending, here is what to try.

Check your connection #

NutriTracker chat requires an active internet connection. If your connection drops mid-conversation, messages may not send. Check your connection and try again.

Wait a moment #

During high-traffic periods, responses may take a few seconds longer than usual. If the typing indicator is showing, your coach is generating a response.

Refresh the chat #

Pull down to refresh on mobile, or reload the page on web. Your conversation history will reload and any pending messages should appear.

Check for app updates #

An outdated version of the app can cause chat issues. Check the App Store or Google Play for updates.
