When you first sign up, you will choose an AI coach persona. Each coach has a distinct personality and communication style – pick the one that fits how you like to be coached.
The six coaches #
Kevin – The busy parent
Pragmatic, time-efficient advice. Kevin gets that you do not have hours to spend meal prepping or training. He focuses on what is realistic given your schedule.
Lauren – The active lifestyle coach
Flexible and encouraging. Lauren suits people who already lead an active life and want coaching that fits around their routine rather than overhauling it.
Ross – The straight talker
Data-driven and direct. No guilt, no fluff. Ross tells you what the numbers say and trusts you to make your own decisions.
Joe – The gym expert
Experienced, efficient, and knowledgeable. Joe is great if you are already comfortable in the gym and want coaching that matches your level.
Felicity – The beginner guide
Gentle, patient, and confidence-building. Felicity is ideal if you are new to nutrition or fitness and want a coach who meets you where you are.
Gayle – The health-first coach
Reassuring and long-term focused. Gayle prioritises sustainable habits and overall wellbeing over quick results.
Can I switch coaches later? #
Yes. Go to Settings → Coach to switch your coach at any time. Your new coach will receive a handover summary so they are up to speed with your goals and history.
