You have the right to delete your NutriTracker account and all associated data at any time.
How to delete your account #
- Go to Settings > Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the confirmation message and confirm
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted #
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
- Your profile and all personal information
- Your full chat history
- All AI memory facts
- Your progress photos
- Your health data summaries
What happens to your subscription? #
Web (Stripe): Your subscription is cancelled automatically when you delete your account.
iOS (Apple): Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the App Store before deleting your account, otherwise you will continue to be charged. See Cancelling Your Subscription for instructions.
Android (Google Play): Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel through the Google Play Store first. See Cancelling Your Subscription for instructions.
Data retention #
Some anonymised, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for a short period after deletion for legal and operational purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you.
GDPR requests #
If you would like to submit a formal data deletion request under GDPR, email privacy@nutritracker.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days.
