You can export a copy of your NutriTracker data at any time.
What is included in an export? #
- Your profile information
- Your AI memory (all facts your coach has recorded)
- A summary of your goals and progress
Please note: chat message history and progress photos are not included in standard data exports. If you need these for a formal GDPR Subject Access Request, include this in your email to privacy@nutritracker.io and we will advise on what can be provided.
How to export #
Go to Settings > Memory > Export to download your AI memory data.
For a full account data export under GDPR (Subject Access Request), email privacy@nutritracker.io with the subject line “Subject Access Request.” We will provide your full data export within 30 days.
Data format #
Memory exports are provided in JSON format. Full SAR exports include a readable summary as well as raw data files.
