Getting the Most from Your First Week

Here is how to hit the ground running with NutriTracker.

Day 1: Complete your onboarding #

Work through the onboarding conversation with your coach. Be honest about your goals, current habits, and any constraints (time, budget, dietary preferences). The more your coach knows, the better they can help.

Days 2 to 3: Start chatting naturally #

You do not need to log meals manually. Just talk to your coach the way you would talk to a real trainer:

  • “I had porridge and a banana for breakfast”
  • “I am planning a 5K run this afternoon, what should I eat first?”
  • “I am struggling to hit my protein target – any ideas?”

Your coach will track what you tell them and build up a picture of your habits over time.

Days 4 to 5: Review your Daily Briefing #

Each morning, your coach sends a Daily Briefing – a summary of where you stand and what to focus on today. Check it each morning to stay on track.

End of week: Read your Weekly Review #

At the end of the week, your coach sends a Weekly Review covering what went well, what did not, and what to adjust next week. This is one of the most useful features – take 5 minutes to read it properly.

Tips #

  • Ask your coach anything – there are no silly questions
  • Be consistent rather than perfect
  • If you miss a few days, just pick up where you left off
