Your coach builds up a memory of facts about you over time. This is what allows them to give increasingly personalised advice – they remember your preferences, goals, and history without you having to repeat yourself.
What gets remembered? #
Your coach may remember:
- Your goals and why they matter to you
- Dietary preferences and restrictions
- Foods you enjoy or dislike
- Your typical schedule and lifestyle
- Progress milestones
- Challenges you have mentioned
How facts are created #
Your coach automatically extracts facts from your conversations. For example, if you mention “I do not eat red meat,” your coach will record that as a dietary preference.
Who can see your memory? #
Only you and your AI coach. NutriTracker staff do not routinely access your memory data.
Controlling your memory #
You have full control:
- View – see all recorded facts in Settings > Memory
- Pin – mark facts as permanent
- Delete – remove any fact you do not want remembered
- Pause – stop your coach from learning new facts temporarily
- Export – download a copy of all your memory data
