Anything related to your health, nutrition, and fitness:

  • Asking for meal ideas or recipes
  • Updating your coach on how a workout went
  • Asking for advice on a specific situation
  • Reviewing your progress
  • Asking questions about nutrition or fitness

How to get good responses #

Be specific rather than vague. Compare:

  • Vague: “What should I eat?”
  • Specific: “I’ve got 30 minutes for lunch and I need something high in protein. What can I make with chicken, rice, and vegetables?”

The more context you give, the more useful your coach’s response will be.

Voice input #

On mobile, you can tap the microphone icon to speak your message instead of typing it. Your speech is transcribed automatically.

Smart cards #

Some responses include smart cards — structured summaries of nutrition data, workout plans, or key metrics. These are designed to be easier to read than plain text.
