You do not need to fill in forms to log a workout – just tell your coach what you did.
Examples #
- “I just did a 40-minute run at an easy pace”
- “Completed a chest and shoulders session at the gym – bench press, shoulder press, lateral raises”
- “I did a 30-minute HIIT class this morning”
Your coach will record the workout and factor it into your daily and weekly analysis.
Getting workout recommendations #
Ask your coach for a workout plan or session ideas:
- “Can you give me a 3-day gym split for building muscle?”
- “I have got 20 minutes at home – what can I do with no equipment?”
- “I am training for a 10K – can you build me a weekly plan?”
Rest days #
Tell your coach when you are taking a rest day. They will factor this into your nutrition recommendations – you typically need fewer calories on rest days.
