Notifications Not Arriving

If you are not receiving notifications from NutriTracker, follow these steps.

iOS #

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications > NutriTracker
  2. Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on
  3. Check that Alerts and Lock Screen are enabled

Android #

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > NutriTracker > Notifications
  2. Ensure notifications are enabled
  3. Check that your device’s Do Not Disturb settings are not blocking NutriTracker

In-app notification settings #

Check your notification preferences in NutriTracker:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Ensure the notifications you want are turned on (Daily Briefing, Weekly Review, reminders)

Battery optimisation (Android) #

Android battery optimisation can prevent notifications. To fix this:

  1. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimisation
  2. Find NutriTracker and set it to Do not optimise
