Web subscriptions (Stripe) #
We offer refunds at our discretion for subscription charges. If you believe you’ve been charged in error or have a genuine reason for a refund request, contact us at help@nutritracker.io within 14 days of the charge.
Android subscriptions (Google Play) #
Android subscription purchases are subject to Google Play’s refund policy. To request a refund, open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, and select the relevant transaction. Alternatively, visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
iOS subscriptions (Apple) #
iOS subscription purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policy. To request a refund for an Apple purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the relevant transaction.
NutriTracker does not process refunds for Apple or Google Play purchases — these must go through the respective platform directly.
Free trials #
Free trials are not charged. If you cancel during your trial period, you will not be billed.
