Setting Up Your Profile and Goals

Your coach uses your profile information to give you relevant, personalised advice. The more accurate your profile, the better the coaching.

What your coach needs to know #

During onboarding, your coach will ask about:

  • Your name and date of birth
  • Your primary goal (lose fat, build muscle, body recomposition, improve fitness, or health and energy)
  • Your activity level
  • Any relevant health context

Updating your profile #

You can update your profile at any time by chatting with your coach. Just tell them what has changed – for example, “I have changed jobs and I am now less active” – and they will update your plan accordingly.

You can also update profile details in Settings > Profile.

Connecting health data #

For the best coaching experience, connect your health data source:

  • Apple Health – go to Settings > Integrations > Apple Health
  • Google Fit – go to Settings > Integrations > Google Fit

Your coach uses this data to give more accurate nutrition and activity advice.
