Key metrics #
Body weight
Log your weight in chat (“I weighed in at 82kg this morning”) or connect Apple Health or Google Fit to sync it automatically.
Steps and activity
Synced automatically if you have connected Apple Health, Google Fit, or Garmin.
Nutrition
Tracked through your chat conversations with your coach. The more you tell your coach about what you are eating, the more accurate your nutrition picture.
Workouts
Logged through chat or synced from connected apps.
Viewing your progress #
Your coach summarises your progress in your Daily Briefing and Weekly Review. You can also ask your coach directly: “How am I progressing towards my goal?” or “How has my nutrition been this week?”
Confidence scores #
Where your coach has made assumptions or estimates (e.g. estimating calories from a meal description), they will note their confidence level. You can correct any estimates in chat.
