Your Weekly Review is a structured summary that your coach generates at the end of each week. It is one of the most valuable features in NutriTracker.
What is in a Weekly Review? #
Each review covers:
- What worked – habits, meals, or behaviours that contributed positively
- What did not – areas where you fell short and why
- What is changing – adjustments your coach recommends for next week
- A progress snapshot – key metrics compared to the previous week
When does it arrive? #
Weekly Reviews are generated on Sunday evenings. You will receive a notification when yours is ready.
How to get the most from it #
Read your Weekly Review properly – do not just skim it. The “what is changing” section is especially important, as it is where your coach makes concrete adjustments to your plan.
If you disagree with anything in your review, tell your coach. They will take your feedback on board.
Can I request a review early? #
Yes. Just ask your coach: “Can you give me a mid-week check-in?” They will give you an informal summary of where things stand.
