What Is the Daily Briefing?

Your Daily Briefing is a short morning message from your coach that arrives each day. It is designed to give you a clear picture of where you stand and what to focus on.

What is in a Daily Briefing? #

Your briefing typically includes:

  • A summary of yesterday’s nutrition and activity
  • Your current progress towards your goals
  • One or two focus points for today
  • Any relevant context (e.g. rest day, high-activity day)

When does it arrive? #

Your Daily Briefing is sent at the time you have set in Settings > Notifications > Daily Briefing. The default is 09:30.

How to customise it #

You can tell your coach what you would like to see more or less of in your briefing. For example:

  • “Can you keep the briefing shorter?”
  • “I would like to see my step count in the daily briefing”
  • “Skip the briefing on weekends”

What if I miss a day? #

No problem. Your briefing will still be there in your chat history. Your coach does not penalise you for missing days – just pick up where you left off.
