NutriTracker tracks key milestones based on your primary goal, helping you see tangible progress and stay motivated.
How milestones work #
When you set your primary goal during onboarding, NutriTracker assigns a tailored set of milestones. Each goal type has 6–8 milestones designed to mark meaningful progress points on your journey.
Example milestones:
- First meal logged
- 3-day nutrition streak
- First body measurement recorded
- First macro target hit
- First workout completed
The specific milestones you see depend on your goal — whether that’s fat loss, muscle building, body recomposition, improving fitness, or health and energy.
Viewing your milestones #
Milestone progress is visible in the Insights tab alongside your activity heatmap and nutrition trends. Each milestone shows its completion status and when you achieved it.
Your coach also celebrates milestones with you in chat — recognising your progress and using it to inform future coaching.
Milestone progress cards #
As you hit milestones, your coach may deliver milestone progress cards in chat. These structured cards show what you’ve achieved and what’s coming next.
