Most loading problems are caused by connection, outdated app versions, stale sessions, or temporary service issues. Start with the smallest reset first.
Before you start #
- Check your internet connection.
- On mobile, check Settings > About NutriTracker to confirm your installed version. v2.2 mobile builds are iOS 2.2 build 4 and Android 2.2.0 version code 15. Feature Requests, Intermittent Fasting, Manual Weight Logging, Invite friends, and Coaching Rhythm controls are live for signed-in users on current app versions.
- Do not delete the app unless you know your login details.
Where to find it #
iOS #
- Open the app switcher.
- Close NutriTracker.
- Reopen NutriTracker.
- If it still fails, check the App Store for updates.
Android #
- Open recent apps.
- Close NutriTracker.
- Reopen NutriTracker.
- If it still fails, check Google Play for updates.
Web #
- Refresh the page.
- Try a private window or another browser.
- Clear site data only after saving any unsent text.
How to use it #
- Refresh or force close and reopen the app.
- Check for an app update.
- Sign out and back in if the app loads but account state is stale.
- Restart the device if the native app keeps crashing.
- Try web if mobile is temporarily blocked, or try mobile if web is blocked by the browser.
What happens next #
- A normal refresh should reload account state, product availability, and recent data.
- If the app was on an old mobile build, updating can unlock newer settings rows and fixes.
- Find Your Coach registration handoff, trial state, referral rewards, and Pro access can all require a fresh account-state load after login.
- If the issue is service-side, support may need the time, platform, and account email to trace it.
Troubleshooting #
- The app crashes on launch. Update the app, restart the device, and try again. Contact support with version and device model if it persists.
- Web is stuck on a blank screen. Refresh, try another browser, and disable browser extensions that block scripts.
- I am stuck after login. Sign out if possible, then sign back in. If you cannot sign out, try a private browser window or reinstall only after confirming your login method.
- A feature disappeared after refresh. Check Mobile Feature Availability, Subscription, permissions, and app version. v2.2 features should be available on current app versions when account requirements are met.
- Registration failed after Find Your Coach. Return to the quiz link and continue again. Expired or already-used handoff links should fall back to normal signup rather than blocking account creation.
