If you are not receiving notifications from NutriTracker, follow these steps.
iOS #
- Go to Settings > Notifications > NutriTracker
- Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on
- Check that Alerts and Lock Screen are enabled
Android #
- Go to Settings > Apps > NutriTracker > Notifications
- Ensure notifications are enabled
- Check that your device’s Do Not Disturb settings are not blocking NutriTracker
In-app notification settings #
Check your notification preferences in NutriTracker:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Ensure the notifications you want are turned on (Daily Briefing, Weekly Review, reminders)
Battery optimisation (Android) #
Android battery optimisation can prevent notifications. To fix this:
- Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimisation
- Find NutriTracker and set it to Do not optimise
