The Weekly Review is a coach-led look back at your recent week. It is designed to spot patterns and choose a useful next step, not grade you.
Before you start #
- You must be signed in and have AI data consent active.
- Weekly Reviews need enough recent activity or chat context to be useful.
- Some advanced review depth and longer-range insight features are Pro-gated.
- Coaching Rhythm can inform review timing and routine patterns when active.

- You can also open Settings > Coach > Weekly Review for review settings.

- You can also open Settings > Coach > Weekly Review.
Web #
- Open /insights.
- Open Overview.
- Open the Weekly Review card when shown.
How to use it #
- Open the Weekly Review card.
- Read the summary, patterns, and suggested next steps.
- Use Chat to ask follow-up questions, such as "What should I focus on next week?"
- Change review settings if you want different review timing or emphasis and your platform exposes those controls.
What happens next #
- The review may influence coach context and suggested actions.
- Rhythm patterns can help the review focus on what made consistency easier or harder, without judging one disrupted week.
- It does not overwrite your goals unless you accept or save changes through the appropriate controls.
- A review can be more accurate after integrations and manual logs have synced.
Troubleshooting #
- My Weekly Review is missing. Check Insights > Overview again later. New accounts or quiet weeks may not have enough context yet.
- It uses stale information. Sync integrations, log missing weight or workouts if relevant, then ask your coach to review the updated week.
- A rhythm pattern is wrong. Use Settings > Personalisation > Coaching Rhythm to reset or pause rhythm personalisation, then correct the context in Chat.
- I cannot change review settings. Open Settings > Coach > Weekly Review on mobile. Web availability can differ by current settings version.
- The tone feels wrong. Tell your coach what to change and adjust Coach Personality or Coach Style if those controls are available to you.
Privacy and safety notes #
- Weekly Reviews can use chat, memory, connected data, and recent progress context where consent allows.
