Deleting Your Account and Data

Deleting your account permanently removes your NutriTracker account data. It may not cancel Apple or Google Play billing, so check store subscriptions separately.

Before you start #

  • Deletion is permanent.
  • The mobile confirmation asks you to type DELETE.
  • If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel the store subscription separately to stop future billing.

  2. Scroll to the danger area.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE when prompted.

How to use it #

What happens next #

  • NutriTracker removes account data such as chat history, progress photos, personal data, uploads, and sessions.
  • Coaching Rhythm data, referral account links, and saved coaching artefacts are removed with account data according to the deletion process.
  • Stripe subscriptions are cancelled where the backend can cancel them during deletion.
  • Apple or Google Play subscriptions may remain active and require manual cancellation in the store.
  • You are signed out after deletion.

Troubleshooting #

  • DELETE is not accepted. Type DELETE in capital letters with no extra spaces.
  • I changed my mind. Cancel the dialog before confirming. After deletion, the action is permanent.
  • I am still being charged. Check Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions and cancel there.
  • The delete button is disabled. Confirm the required text and check your connection.

Privacy and safety notes #

  • Deletion is an account data action, not medical or billing advice.
  • Support cannot use your password and should not ask for it.
