Exporting Your Data

Data export lets eligible Pro users download a copy of NutriTracker account data from web settings.

Before you start #

  • You must be signed in on web.
  • Export my data and Export coaching memory are Pro-gated in the current implementation.
  • Keep exported files private because they can include personal and health-adjacent coaching context.

How to use it #

What happens next #

  • Export coaching memory downloads memory-related data.
  • Export my data can include profile, conversations, memory, goals, metrics, reviews, plans, referral states, subscription states, and Coaching Rhythm data.
  • The export does not delete anything from NutriTracker.

Troubleshooting #

  • Download is locked. Check Settings > Subscription. Export is Pro-gated.
  • Nothing downloads. Check browser download settings, pop-up/download blockers, and try again.
  • I need data deleted, not exported. Use Delete account after exporting anything you want to keep.
  • The file is hard to read. Exports are JSON for portability. Contact support if you need help identifying a specific item.

Privacy and safety notes #

  • Export files can contain sensitive personal context. Do not share them publicly.
